Location & Travel: An Incumbent In This Role Is Required To Be Located In & Based Out Of The Omaha, NE-Metropolitan-Area And Will Travel Up To 50% Of The Time During Each Month

The Franchise Business Coach position requires very strong communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with franchisees, be technically proficient to guide them on the day-to-day operations of an office, the ability to effectively train the franchisees on various topics, support the franchisees in understanding various sales and financials tools, be the communication and coordination hub between the home office and Franchisees and other tasks and responsibilities. Ultimately the Franchise Business Coach is to support the franchisees by providing brand awareness, training and systems that encourage our franchisees and their associates to realize their profit potential in an ethical and respectable manner.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage customer relationships within a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Proactively engage and educate clients through regular meetings, dedicated phone and email communication and tailored support and training efforts
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Implementation, Customer Support, Tech Support and Product teams to lead the successful onboarding of new accounts, understand key client business drivers, and ensure extraordinary customer success and retention
- Identify and spearhead strategic opportunities for increased customer engagement, advocacy, and growth
- Become a product expert, leveraging this information to deepen client relationships and build continued trust
- Identify risks to renewals with our clients on an ongoing basis and collaborate with internal teams to remediate client concerns
- Be a subject matter expert for the industry and maintain an understanding of the ongoing trends
Qualifications:
- GED or high school diploma required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a proactive, customer-facing or relationship management role required
- Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently as well as in team settings, with a positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Experience in home service industries such as roofing, home remodeling/construction, etc. preferred
